What am I looking for in a Senior Rep?

Each year, my team and I handpick 10 incredible seniors from high schools across Madison County to represent SBP. This is for girls who want more than just senior pictures—it’s for those who want to make memories, build confidence, and be part of something unforgettable.

How does the Selection process Work?

So, you’re ready to apply? Here’s what happens next!

✨ Step 1: Apply Online

Fill out the application and tell me why you’d be a great fit for the SBP Senior Rep Team! Once you apply, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the details and next steps.

✨ Step 2: Selection Process

Once applications close, my team and I will carefully go through each one to handpick 10 seniors who truly represent the SBP vibe—girls who are fun, outgoing, and excited to be part of this experience!

✨ Step 3: Parent Approval

If selected, your parent will receive an email with the exciting news! To officially secure your spot, they’ll need to sign the contract and submit the deposit within the given timeframe.

✨ Step 4: Welcome Promo Box & Team Reveal

Once your spot is locked in, get ready for the ultimate welcome! I’ll send out your SBP Welcome Promo Box filled with fun surprises, and then we’ll kick off the year with our first team event!

✨ Step 5: The Official SBP Meet & Greet Party

Our only mandatory team event will be a fun meet & greet party where you’ll get to know the other reps, celebrate being part of the team, and take your official SBP headshot!

Senior Rep FAQ

✨ What is the cost to be part of the SBP Senior Rep Team?

The cost is $600, which covers all sessions, perks, and exclusive experiences. This is broken down into three payments to make it more manageable.

✨ What does the $600 include?

Your senior will receive:

A fall senior session

A spring cap & gown session

Two group sessions

A bonus meet & greet party

Bonus outfit changes

A minimum of 30+ digital images per session

An exclusive SBP Welcome Promo Kit

Extra cash incentives throughout the year

Opportunities for additional creative shoots

FREE and DISCOUNTED sessions

✨ How is this different from a regular senior session?

The SBP Senior Rep Team is an exclusive, year-long experience that includes multiple photoshoots, styling assistance, group sessions, and extra perks that aren’t included in a standard senior session. Plus, reps get the chance to build friendships, gain confidence, and participate in fun events throughout the year!

✨ How do payments work?

The $600 is split into three payments to make it easier for families. The first payment is due once your senior is accepted onto the team.

✨ Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes! Parents are required to sign a contract and approve their senior’s participation before their spot is officially secured. This ensures that both you and your senior fully understand the commitment and perks of the program.

✨ Is participation mandatory for all events and shoots?

While I encourage seniors to take advantage of all the amazing shoots and opportunities, attendance at the meet & greet is required, as it’s the official team kickoff, where they’ll meet other reps and take their SBP headshot. The meet & greet is tentatively scheduled for April 11, 2026

✨ What if my senior is shy or doesn’t have modeling experience?

No worries at all! This experience is designed to build confidence and make seniors feel comfortable in front of the camera. Many past reps started out nervous but quickly realized how fun and relaxed the sessions are. 

✨ Can my senior earn rewards?

Yes! Senior reps have the opportunity to earn cash incentives through a referral program! For every friend they refer who books a session, they earn cash rewards paid out quarterly. The more they share their SBP experience, the more they can earn!

✨ Can I still take prom, sports, or pageant photos with other photographers?

Yes! Prom, sports, and pageant photos are exempt from team requirements, so you are free to work with other photographers for those specific occasions. However, as part of the SBP Senior Rep Team, you agree to only use and promote SBP as your senior photographer throughout your senior year. This means no booking or promoting another photographer for traditional senior sessions!

✨ How many photos will my senior receive?

Each session includes a minimum of 30 digital images, but the total number of photos will vary depending on their level of involvement with the rep team. The more they participate in shoots and events, the more images they’ll receive throughout the year!

✨ Can parents come to the sessions?

Of course! Parents are welcome to attend individual senior sessions. Some seniors love having their parents there for support, while others prefer to enjoy the experience with their fellow reps—it’s completely up to you!

✨ Why do I have to pay to be on the SBP Senior Rep Team?

The ASP Senior Rep Team is part of my full-time photography business—not a hobby. Being a rep means you get way more than a title. You’ll receive exclusive styled shoots, a customized senior experience, early access to booking, creative direction, rep-only perks, and more. The fee helps cover the cost of everything I pour into making this team amazing—and the experience is always worth so much more than what you pay.
